- Tuesday, March 29 Exhibitor Set Up at the Convention Center, Exhibit Hall B
- Wednesday, March 30 Registration, Welcome and Introductions and Federal Transit Administration General Session and lunch with a guest speaker at the Marriott Downtown Hartford Hotel.
- Immediately after lunch on Wednesday, March 30 Transportation EXPO doors to the Transportation EXPO open at the Convention Center, followed by an evening reception.
- Thursday, March 31 Breakfast with guest speaker, followed by Federal Transit Administration break-out sessions and lunch.

| Exhibitor Q&A | The Transportation EXPO will be held as part of a regional conference, co-sponsored with the Federal Transit Administration, Region 1. Attendees will represent public and private transportation providers, state and federal funding agencies, transit authorities, the business community and vendors to the transportation industry.
We are looking forward to bringing you up-to-date information about the exciting topics of this conference. Exhibit booth registration is available for the Transportation EXPO on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. All booth packages include a continental breakfast on March 30 and lunch with the conference guest speaker, and an evening reception in the convention center exhibit hall. A discount conference registration will be offered to all EXPO exhibitors.
