To apply or renew for membership in NEPTA, Please fill out the following form. You can choose to submit it via e-mail or print out a hard copy to send through postal mail. NEPTA will invoice you for the selected membership rate.

All memberships are effective January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008. Membership dues must be paid in full prior to event registration deadlines in order to receive membership discounts

Membership Classification - Please select one of the following:

	1A - Passenger transit agency or company (private, public, or non-profit with 11 or more operational vehicles)	$150
	1B - Passenger transit agency or company (private, public, or non-profit with 10 or fewer operational vehicles)	$90
	2 - Non-operating agencies or organizations (e.g. MPO's, universities)	$90
	3 -State and national organizations	$90
	4 - Exhibitors and suppliers	$150
	5 - Individual (Limited to an individual person not otherwise included in any of the above classifications)	$30

Membership dues must be paid in full prior to event registration deadlines in order to receive membership cancellation. Membership dues not paid in 60 days may result in membership cancellation.
