2009 YEARBOOK ADVERTISEMENT INFORMATION

It is time to update your listing for the NEPTA 2009 Yearbook/Buyer's Guide and we would like to give you an opportunity to place an advertisement in the upcoming Yearbook/Buyer's guide. As with last year, this book will be distributed at each NEPTA function throughout the year and it provides great exposure for your organization as well as a continued networking source. Publication date is scheduled for January.

Deadline for Advertisement files is January 15, 2009

NEPTA 2008 Yearbook will be 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 , staple-bound. Member listing will appear alphabetically by membership category and will include all member information. Advertisers Index will be listed alphabetically with page number of ad listed. All NEPTA Board Members will be recognized.

Half Page - 4 1/2" x 3 5/8" Cost: $175
Quarter Page - 4" x 2" Cost $100

Two Color
Inside Front/Back Covers - 4" x 7" Cost: $390
Full Page (inside book) - 4 1/2" x 7" Cost: $350

Four Color
Back Cover - 4" x 7" Cost: $520 (reserved)
Full Page (inside book) - 4" x 7" Cost: $440

Specifications for ads

Photoshop - must be sent in .tif or .eps file, grayscale - 300 dots/inch min. JPEG - 300 dots/inch min.

Pagemaker - version 6.0 or higher, PC Compatible MAC - must be converted to Outlines or Path

EPS File - PC
