New "Train the Trainer" sessions from NTI

NTI is pleased to announce the following Train-the-Trainer Sessions for Violence in the Transit Workplace: Prevention, Response, and Recovery. The Train-the-Trainer course option is designed for individuals that plan to deliver the Direct Delivery course option to their own agency staff. Train-the-Trainer course participants review the Direct Delivery course curriculum and discuss strategies to utilize NTI course materials and activities to deliver in-house training.

This is a one-day, online course.
